How do I apply a Snap promo code to my order?
It’s simple. Once you’ve selected your desired property, you’ll be redirected to the checkout to make payment. Here, locate the ‘Promotional Code’ field and enter your offer code into the box. Be sure to hit the ‘Apply’ button to redeem.
How will I receive my SnapTrip booking confirmation and itinerary?
After you have completed payment, you will be sent a booking confirmation via email. This email will contain everything you need upon arrival.
What is SnapTrip's cancellation policy?
Each SnapTrip property has a different cancellation policy. Please refer to the cancellation conditions of the property upon confirmation of booking. Note: cancellations may incur penalty fees.
